Each batch of finished modules undergoes EL defect detection to screen out hidden cracks and dark cells, ensuring 100% qualified cell layout.

 

Anti-Aging PPF Backsheet & Waterproof Junction Box Assembly

The PPF composite backsheet adopts coating purification technology, with multi-layer anti-UV barrier structure to block ultraviolet ray erosion and prevent water vapor penetration. The junction box is fixed on the backsheet with high-temperature waterproof glue, and the internal diode and wiring terminals are locked with anti-loose screws; the connecting wire outlet is equipped with tensile anti-break structure to avoid wire falling off during installation.
